Memphis Saturday Night is a compilation album featuring various artists from the city of Memphis. The album is a collection of classic blues and soul tracks that are sure to get you moving.
From the opening track "Green Onions" by Booker T. & the MG's, to the closing number "Soul Finger" by the Bar-Kays, this album is a non-stop party. The artists featured on the album include some of the most iconic names in Memphis music, such as Otis Redding, Rufus Thomas, and Al Green.
The production on Memphis Saturday Night is top-notch, with each track sounding crisp and clear. The album has a great flow to it, with each song leading seamlessly into the next. The musicianship on display is also impressive, with each artist delivering their own unique take on the Memphis sound.
