Review by Alan Cech

Victors The Lyrics' latest album, Things Come To Bump Hear What The Old Man Say, is a stunning showcase of their musical prowess and lyrical mastery. The album is a seamless blend of soulful melodies, intricate harmonies, and thought-provoking lyrics that leave a lasting impression on the listener.

The album opens with the title track, "Things Come To Bump Hear What The Old Man Say," which sets the tone for the rest of the album. The track is a powerful commentary on the state of the world today, with lyrics that speak to the struggles of everyday life and the need to stay strong in the face of adversity.

From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through a range of emotions and experiences. "The Way It Goes" is a heart-wrenching ballad about lost love, while "Rise Up" is an anthem of hope and resilience. "Ain't No Sunshine" is a soulful cover of the classic Bill Withers track, and "Love Is The Answer" is a powerful reminder of the importance of love and compassion in a world that can often feel cold and indifferent.

Throughout the album, Victors The Lyrics' musical talent is on full display. The band's intricate arrangements and flawless harmonies create a rich and vibrant sound that is both soothing and energizing. The lyrics, too, are a testament to the band's skill as songwriters. Each track is thoughtfully crafted and deeply meaningful, offering a glimpse into the human experience that is both universal and personal.
