- The NYC based Disconet records Imperium collapsed sometime around 1990.
- Therefor it is impossible that Disconet had Plans to "release" 4 of those Home Made inktjet printed cd-r's, "only" 19 years after they have stopped making records and cd's.
- Disconet has released only 3 officially factory pressed cd's in 1989.
- A few of those tracks in this "Home made" Series contains remixes that are even not Disconet remixes at all!

- Track 2: Eartha Kitt - Featuring Bronski Beat - Cha Cha Heels, No Official "Disconet Remix" exists for this song. Eartha Kitt and Bronski Beat never appeared on any Disconet release.
- Track 8: Irene Cara's - What A Feeling, is an edited version of the Hot -Tracks remix service label version originally found on The-Best-Of-Hot-Tracks-Vol-2 release 3240967 that omits one minute and five seconds from the intro of the Hot-Tracks version and a few seconds at the end of the song during the fade out. Minus the missing edited portions, the mixes are identical.
