Sugarpie DeSanto's latest album, Strange Feeling Little Taste Of Soul, featuring The Nat Hendrix Band, is a soulful and energetic masterpiece. The album is a perfect blend of DeSanto's powerful vocals and the band's dynamic instrumentation. From the opening track, "Soulful Dress," to the closing song, "I Want To Know," the album is full of catchy hooks, groovy beats, and soulful melodies that keep the listener engaged throughout.

DeSanto's vocals are nothing short of mesmerizing. Her range and control are impressive, and she effortlessly navigates the various genres of music on the album, from soul to blues to rock. The Nat Hendrix Band's backing is equally impressive, providing a solid foundation for DeSanto's vocals to soar. The band's musicianship is top-notch, and their chemistry with DeSanto is evident throughout the album.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Hello, San Francisco," a soulful tribute to the city that DeSanto calls home. The song is a perfect showcase for her vocals, and the band's horns add a touch of funk that will get listeners dancing. Another standout track is "Use What You Got," a bluesy number that highlights DeSanto's range and the band's tight rhythm section.

Amazing how much Sugar Pie De Santo and Etta James sound alike; they even made a couple of songs together,
