The Muscle Shoals Horns are back with their latest album, "Doin It To The Bone," and it's a real treat for fans of the group's signature sound. This album is a tribute to the classic soul and funk music of the 70s, and the Muscle Shoals Horns capture that vibe perfectly. From the opening track, "I Can't Help Myself," to the closing number, "Soulful Strut," the band delivers a funky, groovy sound that will have you dancing in your seat.
One of the standout tracks on the album is "Bump De Bump Yo Boodie," which features a catchy horn riff and a funky bassline that will get your head nodding. "Funky Good Time" is another highlight, with its infectious groove and soulful vocals. The Muscle Shoals Horns also pay tribute to some of their musical heroes on this album, with covers of classics like "Respect" and "Papa Was a Rolling Stone."
