Official, the latest album by MC Eiht, is a true masterpiece of West Coast gangsta rap. The veteran Compton rapper, who rose to fame in the early 1990s as a member of the group Compton's Most Wanted, delivers his signature gritty rhymes over hard-hitting beats that pay homage to the classic G-Funk era.
The album opens with "Neighborhood Looks", a haunting track that sets the tone for the rest of the project. MC Eiht's vivid storytelling and raw delivery shine on tracks like "Honcho" and "Courted In". Meanwhile, the production on "Can't Nobody" and "Lessons" showcase his versatility and range as an artist.
The album features guest appearances from some of the biggest names in West Coast rap, including DJ Premier, B-Real, and Xzibit, among others. Each guest brings their own unique flavor to the project, adding to the album's overall cohesiveness.

Notes
- Released as a limited 150 run with a t-shirt direct from Blue Stamp Music.
- Album was sold as a bundle with a T-Shirt and only sold through MC Eiht's site, was limited pressed to only 150 copies.
- This were supposed to be hard pressed on real CD but unfortunately MC Eiht's manufactured took the cheap way and pressed them onto CDr.
- MC Eiht had no idea and said he will be using a different company from this point on. Eiht also confirmed that he will be pressing more.
