Hybernation's latest album, E2 E8, is a stunningly crafted piece of work that showcases the British artist's prowess in the ambient genre. The album's eight tracks weave together a story of introspection and exploration, with each song offering a different perspective on the themes of time, space, and existence.

Notes
- Third release in Cotton Goods 'Lending Library' series.
- Packaged in hand-made and stamped card envelope with inner wallet. The outer envelope is sealed with gumstrip. On purchase sealed outer envelopes were stickered with recipient's address and mailed out like that.
- Front flap of inner wallet contains'lending library' library card with limitation info.
- Fold-out printed map insert pasted into inner wallet. Map insert also contains track details and credits. For each track there is a corresponding location on the map where sounds were sourced from, given by a grid-reference, along with a photo of each location.
- Cars borrowed from Indigo Luksch.
- Limited edition of 100 hand-numbered copies.
- Reissue of E2 & E8 (originally released on Cotton Goods http://www.localhost/Hybernation-E2-E8/release/2363712 ) by the artist, made available via his bandcamp page.

About Hybernation
Stuart is someone who works in many ways. He is mostly inspired by his love of open air, spaces and places. His interest in sound and the natural rhythms and routines of everyday life have shaped the methodology of his work, which revolves around noises and sounds which he finds, records and processes. He loves to travel, near and far, and the recordings he makes become a document, a sound memory, of his time spent in each place. He often works with individuals or groups to record new sets of sounds and over the years has built up a large archive of recordings which he draws upon to make songs, soundtracks to films and art installations. In this way of working he tries to make sense of the world he lives in and his place within it. Simultaneously, the creations and experiences of others end up intrinsically embedded in his work, creating a rich texture of layers, representing his life and those he as encountered along the way.
