Scorched by Excrement, the latest album from the death metal band of the same name, is a brutal and unrelenting assault on the senses. The album features ten tracks of pure, unadulterated aggression, with each song delivering a punishing blend of chugging riffs, thunderous drumming, and guttural vocals.
From the opening track "Rotten to the Core" to the closing number "Swallowed by Darkness," Scorched by Excrement never lets up, with the band's signature sound of raw, unbridled aggression driving each song forward. The production is suitably raw, with a thick, heavy guitar tone and a pounding, relentless drum sound that perfectly complements the band's brutal style.
